These are great shorter guided meditations that I love doing when I don’t have a lot of time. The night time one always makes me fall asleep. Regarding a comment made I about his drawn out voice or voice changes. He has spoken about why he does that. If you google “joe Dispenza voice changes” I’m sure you’ll find it. There is always a method and reason to why he does things. I believe he has and continues to do research on sound and music and how it pushes the brain to gamma. I have heard him say that he tries to make his voice impersonal to disconnect the thought of it being him. Which makes sense in meditation because the goal is to not have any thoughts. For some I guess it works and for others it just makes them focus more. At some point (for me) his voice doesn’t even sound like a voice to me. It turns into just sound. So for me... I get why he does it completely. These were worth the money for me.
Perfect start and end of the day

First of all, to the person who doesn’t like how he guides you in the meditation, what did you expect? Rap talk? It’s a meditation for right after you wake up or before going to sleep... you want it soothing. Regardless this is just what I needed in addition to his other meditations: short and deep to move me in and out of my day. Just wonderful and I am witnessing shifts around my life so much already. Thank you
Overly dramatic voice

Joe Dispenza’s philosophies are intriguing and life changing, yes, but this guided meditation is anything BUT meditation -worthy. His voice and cadence of speaking is annoyingly unnaturally slow, so much to the point you want to laugh. It’s like overdramatized in a sense. At one point I was thinking to myself “You’ve got to be kidding me!” It’s hard to take someone seriously when they’re saying, “Nowww, PICturrre the spaaace betweeen yourrr eaaaars aaaannnd the baaaack of yourrrr HEAD!” I am not kidding, he spoke that way. I mean why? Oh why? Man I was bummed because I was so excited to start meditation upon reading the principles and philosophies of the book on breaking the habit of being yourself. Someone tell me which meditation CD of his to get- now I’m kinda scared to check out the others! Disappointing!
