The IT girl of the molent fails to live up to expectations. Her music is reductive and sounds like a mllion other artists whom she won't acknolwedge as having lifted their style. Her self absorbed patter in interviews gives me pause. So whee...another novelty act that needs to go.

To be at the billboards with all eyes staring and still unapologetically expressing herself is a lesson that’s surely earned a Grammy all on its own. Chappell owes us nothing, and it’s a privilege to hear her music at all.
