    I was so excited for this release, as I was dying for an updated version of "Impossible Dream" that showed off Jack's incredible phrasing and vocal range. What I found, however, is an album that seems more intent on not waking Jack's aging audience. I just saw Jack in concert last fall, and his version of "Impossible Dream" absolutely brought down the house. I just don't know why he's always so intent on making albums completing lacking in the energy of his live performances???
