I was a mega whitney houston fan. My heart and soul still cry for her. I was never a hater of their marriage. I believe that what they had was real. Admittingly, when Bobby cheated and broke her heart, I was angry. I too, have experienced the pain of giving your heart to someone that everyone says will break it, only to have that person cheat on me. It's a pain that never heals. I don't blame bobby for Whitney's drug abuse, but I do blame him for breaking her heart which lead to the end of her life. I wanted to feel a sense of 'Whitney' in this album. And by 'whitney' I mean that passion. But it fell way short. Where oh where did your voice go bobby? It's crackly and groggy, pitchy and ahead of the music. I wanted so badly to enjoy it. I wanted it to remind me of all you could be. But it just brought me back to all that you can't and couldn't be. I wish you the best in the future. Bobbi Kriss needs you, fight for her.

Bobby Brown is still amazing I remember going to his concert as a teenager and was wowed by his energy and entertainment. Life hits us all but nothing can change the talent he has to entertain, I appreciate him for that. His songs either motivate or encourage me to keep being despite it all. Bobby never stop using that which you have been blessed to do!

Say what you want about Bobby Brown, he loves Whitney and Whitney loves him. Yes, I know I wrote in the present tense. I watched "Being Bobby Brown" and that kind of passion comes from a love that's deep. They weren't good for each other in addiction but if they had gotten the TRUE help they needed they would still be together. That being said, I like this cd. I hope he slides a little back to the R&B sexy that he use to do like "Good Enough", but he is just coming back on the scene, so I am sure it's coming. "Man I Want to Be" was absolutely for Whitney. Keep your head up B. Brown, I'm praying for you.

My favorites are "Get out the Way" and "Damaged", which is classic Bobby right there. Therefore explaining my 4 stars. He has one song called "Lying Eyes" that I wished he would have added to this album and then I would have given him 5 stars. The other songs I like were "Can't Give Up", "Exit Wounds" and "All is Fair". "Man I Want to Be" was ok too. Vocals are not the best (never were) but Bobby is Bobby and he is a performer first, artist second.

horrible vocals, stupid childish lyrics , and probably the worst album released in the last 10 yrs ...Why and who gave him studio time?
