Coming off of 4 your eyez only, people started doubting Cole. I enjoyed the album and wasn’t as cynical, noting it wasn’t anywhere close to 2014 Forest Hills Dr thought. That being said, KOD should shut down all of those doubts. It brings awareness and thought to not only rap, but how this generation of rappers is poisoning what people think of rap in general.
