    Spent more than an hour trying to convince my 14 yo daughter that Cardi B and Iggy Azalea were not the primary influence for women's rap. Pointed her to Salt-n-Pepa, MC Lyte, Missy Elliott. She, being 14, and me, being ancient, thinks I'm crazy. That's okay. When she comes around she may borrow my CD.
