Hallelujah may be the single greatest Christmas song of this century. I heard this masterpiece at a small holiday gathering and was immediately compelled to look it up. Since then, whenever possible, I’ve been listening on repeat. It’s such a beautiful, powerful song. I imagine this is what Heaven sounds like. Carrie Underwood and John Legend are the perfect pairing - they’ve got pipes! I can’t fathom how some of the other reviewers are calling this album “boring” - do you hear what I hear?
