Miley is super talented and her vocals are on point, but I pre-ordered this album on the strength of the singles Midnight Sky and Slide Away (which is not on this album??). The only other songs that really hit me were High and Never Be Me. Her lyrics are so personal and it’s great. But the rest of the album doesn’t do her voice or experience justice.
