I’ve been streaming this album through Apple Music. I just bought it to support the guys as well - this amazing album is the best I’ve heard in a very long time. Well done fellas!

This is the first album I’ve heard from Periphery and I was blown away. 10/10.
"Labeling" Bands

One of the biggest cliches of alternative music is when the artist complain about the genre that they've been lumped in with. "People just want to put labels on us wah whaa blah blah blah". Nobody ever said these artist set out on day one and said "we're gonna be a 'djent' band". These genres and "labels" are mostly used to describe the musical movements that are happening during a certain period or era. The grunge bands didn't call themselves grunge, but they were grunge. You may not call yourself a X, Y, or Z band, but you are a product of the movements and counter movements at the time. Deal with it. Everyone draws inspirations from what came before. Even the Beatles

The boys have done it again. I can’t stress enough how good every song on this album is.

The whole album is a banger. It weaves together a wide variety of different arrangements and playful compositions which make it a real treat for the ears.
Didn’t think I’d EVER write this

This is the only Periphery album I won’t listen to on repeat….. they set the bar so high with Hail Stan that I guess the only way to go was down. Granted, there are a few songs that are legit, but the album as a whole is their worst yet. Too much pop-style in this that is reminiscent of Spencer’s side project “Endur”. I will forever love and listen to Periphery, but this was a disappointment…
Heavy “skip” use

Perfect for when I’m in the mood for both Meshuggah and Backstreet Boys. Wish I could let these albums play through but the skip button is too necessary.
Couldn’t believe what I just listened to

This is by far their most eclectic record to date. It’s got everything, and they do it all so well. And the end of Wax Wings is truly one of the best things I’ve ever heard in my life.
Last but not least, Spencer is the best vocalist in the industry right now. It’s not even subjective. He’s just on another level that most people can’t even fathom.

Actually thought these guys called it quits hadn’t seen any video or nothing for awhile but tada here they are listen to each over and over and they are a bit radical on these 2 but I like it Spencer’s such a good singer so preferably I want more songs of him not just screaming Ok now we’re talking Atropos the new song is awesome it’s a bit more mellow love the chugging guitar and spencer singing beautiful and wax wings they just for some reason have to give mark Holcomb his own song and he comes up with this off the wall all over the fret board strange cords tune that although catchy and interesting it throws the whole metal album for a loop the way the news goes sounds just like it it’s only smiles just trippy playing great work guys
