This album will make you have a better day every time you listen to it. Awesome album. I had the opportunity to see their sold out Belfast show at Ulster Hall the day of the release when in town for work. My flight was cancelled back to the US, magically got 2 tickets, and grabbed a work collegue I didn’t really know. It was a brilliant show in their home town with one of my favorite bands. You won’t be disappointed with this album! I’ll be seeking out another show on this tour.

Snow Patrol succeeds where Coldplay fails. They still remember that they are first and foremost a rock band. They don’t embrace modern pop trends, but recall their best work. And while this album may not reinvent the wheel, it’s one solid melodic rocker after another. Outside of the hits album, this may be my favorite Snow Patrol album.
