I wish there could be a way for Stewart Copeland to release an entire album of some of the best from Spyro 1 to 4. Best music: 1- Wizard Peak, Dry Canyon, Gnorc Cove, Cliff Town, Dr. Shemp, Twilight Harbor (it has some of the melody used in both Invisible Sun and Syncronicity II) 2- Sunny Beach, Aquaria Towers, Magma Cone, Breeze Harbor, Mystic Marsh 3- Sunny Villa, Cloud Spires, Molten Crater, Icy Peak, Fireworks Factory, Charm Ridge, Super Bonus Round\Lost Fleet 4- Dragon Realms, Cloud 9, Monkey Monastery, Jurassic Jungle

I only know Stewart Copeland as the composer to the Spyro the Dragon music and as the drummer of The Police. I don't know the rest of songs on this album that well except for "Rain" (AKA "Jacques" in Spyro) - which of course would be the most popular song on here. I think iTunes should give Copeland the credit he deserves by including more of his works; I would like to see the soundtrack to the original Spyro the Dragon game, and any other Spyro game too. That would be awesome! :D

This is a pretty cool album, but ive got to say a lot of us are waiting on a Spyro the Dragon soundtrack.

I love this album so much and I love Stewart Copeland's music. I just wish that there was an album of all the songs from Spyro the Dragon! That would make me so happy.
  • Nice!

Copeland is my inspiration for music I make. (Mosty his Spyro soundtrack, which I grew up hearing constantly.) I like some of his other songs too! They remind me of the Spyro music. XD Boy I wish he'd make a soundtrack of that music and put it on iTunes... That Rain song is nice, though! (Spyro fans know it as "Jacques". =P)
  • A great compilation

I do not understand - why the score is so low? If you don't like the man, just ignore the album, don't give it negative feedback! As for me, Anthology is a great collection of the ones of the greatest tracks ever composed. Stewart's melodic sense is very different, and it shows. Having successfully blended rock, techno, world, classical and whatever else music he was and to some extent remains one of the most progressive musicians ever.
  • Great drumming, some great songs, some not so great...

If you don't mind having to reach for the skip button every so often, buy it. Stewart Copeland was always my favorite member of The Police. "Too Kool to Kalypso" is one brilliant example why. On the other end of the spectrum, there's "Wield the Spade," an apparent reject from Dieter's Dance Party. In any event, this is the only place you're going to hear lyrics like "Picking her up was like falling down the stairs / With her on top of me I couldn't put on any airs." That alone is worth $9.99, for my money.

This is good. This is my favorite style of non digital electronic music. Stewart Copeland is a genius. Greatest songs are Orchestralli, Anacott Steel, Night Drive, Wield the Spade, Rain, Childhood Friends, and Regret.

It is always nice to hear something unusual and different. A nice break from the mainstream music. Very refreshing to hear!
