I love Linkin Park...always have. But to those of you who think these are true acapella versions, they aren't. All they've done is strip the instrumentation to reveal the singing. Its good in that you get to truly here Chester's range with clarity, but that's all. This is not another Reanimation.
Holy crap

I am in love with this idea!!! More artists need to do this!!! It makes editing with these sooo much easier. Not to mention its super interesting to listen to some of these songs in these formats that I never would have taken the time to break apart otherwise

To me what makes the instrumentals so great is not all the forefront in your face noise, but rather the background effects that just add a different element to the sound as a whole. And when you are able to put that all together as your listening it makes you appreciate so much more. I can easily listen to the whole album with no words. Its simply a joy.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

I've never heard any band do this! Just one more reason why Linkin Park is one of the BEST BANDS IN THE WORLD!!!!! Sometimes, in the acapellas, I still hear the music.

Sorry all you LP Fans. This is literally a ploy for more $$$. Any real DJ, producer or remixer would already have the tools to remove these individual layers from each track. This would have been a nice gesture from LP if it was offered for $2.99 or free even. I think if LP(Mike) is enjoying all the remixes they're hearing why not get a hold of those artist and bring them in for a "real" studio session and put all those tracks in an album and sell it. That would be a pretty cool project. If not, sue me. Thanks for reading.
