This is good, but not great. I like his voice, but nothing is jumping at me to show me that this is a very good band. The lyrics are okay, but the genre for this album is mislabeled, because this is definitely not metal. The song titles are strange, and I felt no emotion from Craig in this album.
Yes just great ;)

I had the opportunity of seeing these guys for the first time for my birthday during their tour with The Relapse Symphony, Myka Relocate and Nightmares after the show I literally went home and pre-ordered this record, and it’s become one of my favorite records ever, if not all time of this modern day in music. Craig’s vocals on every track are incredible, Tj Bell as always amazing with his bass parts, and if you love killer guitars on your songs, you’ll love Alex Torres’s guitar parts in every song if I were to give you a track to listen to right away I’d say listen to ‘Deer In The Headlights’ it’s an absolute perfect song.
Buy this album!

I literally could not wait for this to be realized, an it is soooo much more than I ever expected. I’ve been a fan of Craig’s work for a while now. I followed him since blessthefall, then we he started The Word Alive, and again when he joined Escape the Fate, so to hear he was going back to his metal core roots with this new side project The Dead Rabbitts, I was excited. Their previous EP was great, but this is just miles ahead of their EP. Andrew Wade’s production is just a perfect match for these guys, and vocally, Craig has never sounded better. His cleans really show a nice range for this genre of music, and while a lot of people may tell you differently, I personally love his screams on this album. They fit the music zoo well. Lyrically, it’s not the most unique stuff, but it’s relatable enough, and downright angry at times, which is always good to sing/scream back to. Instrumentally, the band have stepped up their game from the EP. It sounds a lot less generic and more complex. The breakdowns are great, and the hook/riffs are more original than previously. Overall, everything about this album is perfect. My only criticism is that 4 of the songs where taken directly from the EP (1 re-recorded with Andrew Wade, the other 3 were still from Caleb Shomo’s production). 1 or 2 songs, sure…but 4? I would have preferred them to wait and record a couple more and wait on this CD, but, it’s still one of the best releases this summer. This album is angrier, some of the most aggressive music Craig has put out since rely blessthefall. You won’t regret buying this album and supporting these guys. There is not filler on here minus the re-used tracks, but my favorites include: “Dear in the Headlights”, “Shapeshifter”, “Make Me Believe It”, and “Bats in the Belfry”, but all songs are great. Keep up the great work guys…can;t wait to hear more in the future!!!
Sounds Likt ASD...
