Honestly when I first listened it was an okay album. It had good qualities here and there and overall I wrote it off as a heavy album. I wasn't satisfied with my review of it. I kept listening to it. Over and over again I listened (i'm a grad student and metal is usually my background study music) and this album went from average to good to great. Now I can't get enough of it. It's heavy. It is fantastic.

I've been a fan of Colossus since I picked up their first album and I have to say I was excited to hear that they were coming out with a second. I was a little dissappointed, it's still good, but it lacks the creativity of the last album. However, I don't regret buying it.

If you are not a very advanced lifter, you might want to either turn this cd down or listen to one song at a time because your tendons won't be ready for how much you will be able to lift whilst listening. Today I curled 325 lbs for 8 reps and my elbow shattered in half all because of this stupid (but awesome) cd. Now I have no lower arm, but my biceps look amazing. Thank you colossus.
