Why are there songs missing from this album? Is it iTunes fault?

Songs are missing from this album. For example “You’re the Only Place” and “My December” are not on iTunes or Apple Music for some reason. There is a version of “You’re the Only Place” on iTunes by Daniel Koek who did almost a whole cover of this album.

It played at my 2016 high school graduation then it played at my older brother’s funeral 2 years later....this song holds very sad memories for me....but it’s a beautiful song ......
