I travel around the world speaking about marketing. Dave Carroll's great video illustrates the importance of good customer service. Dave has made a good thing out of a bad situation. And those of us who recognize his unjustice, will support him by purchasing this video and his music. On the flip side, we will always look for another airline other than United to fly us somewhere. A great lesson to all companies big and small. Do the right thing!

This is a fantastic video. Keep up the good work and a great way to use the mass media against a careless mistake and even more careless customer service department. Never had guitar broken on Southwest Airlines – but they don’t fly to Canada – yet.

This is a really fun song telling his story of being wronged by a corporation and the ensuing fall out without any nastiness. It's an example of standing up for yourself without being a jerk. He and his brother are wonderful song writers. I highly recommend this video. I'm looking forward to iTunes having The Sons of Maxwell's albums.
